The Service Desk team is split between the US (Victor Building, Camden) and UK (Warrington) . Although in two locations, we work as one virtual team to provide support to the whole business.
Across the US, we have regional field engineers who travel to sites supporting all aspects of IT from security systems to printers.
We support and maintain all of the business infrastructure, as well as EMR data centres, servers, email and Citrix environments. Systems is a team of engineers based in the US and UK.
The team consists of developers and analysts who extract, transform and visualise data across multiple IT application systems. Using software like Tableau we provide insights and trends that help with running business processes and making decisions. These dashboards are developed in an intuitive, mobile phone friendly layout while ensuring the information is clear and accurate.
